We had to cancel our holiday
Myself and my husband had to cancel our holiday to Turkey as my Mum was taken ill. From the first phone call with Staysure to the last, they were amazing. I made a claim online on 27 June, 28 June Staysure confirmed all ok and payment will be in our bank 3-5 days. Today, 29 June, money was in our account. Thank you so much, fantastic service!

Can’t fault this insurance company
Was stuck abroad during Covid, not only did they pay the full amount but we also got £20 a day each isolation fee!! I trust Staysure and continuously go back to using them for every holiday. They also make it easy to get insurance if you have medical conditions.

My husband had a traumatic fall on holiday
My husband recently had an accident resulting in a fractured hip while on holiday abroad. He was transferred to hospital for an operation and spent a week there before being repatriated back home to the UK. I took this policy out for my son thinking I would never have to use it. But every parent’s nightmare came true. Staysure were amazing – they told me the nearest hospital and guided me every step of the way, liaising between myself in the UK and the hospital operating on my son in Spain.
