Your My Staysure account allows you to manage your travel insurance policy at a time that suits you. Available 24/7, from anywhere in the world, on any device, it’s the easiest way to view your documents or to make any changes.
Setting up your account takes just a few minutes to do. All we need are a few details from you and you’ll be ready to go.

Is your annual policy expiring? There’s three ways to renew your annual travel insurance:
• Auto-renew your policy
When you first buy your annual travel insurance policy, you’ll be asked if you’d like us to automatically renew your policy each year. This way you get continuous cover, hassle-free.
• Renew online
You can renew your policy yourself, just log into your My Staysure account whenever is convenient for you. Don’t worry, you don’t have to remember the expiry date off by heart, we’ll be in touch to remind you.
• Call us to renew
If you’d rather speak to someone over the phone, you can give our Renewals Team a call on 01604 265688. They’ll run through your policy with you and make any changes needed.
Yes, you can do this easily on your My Staysure account.
If changes include increases to your original trip duration, or you move your trip to a later date, there may be an additional fee to increase your levels of cover.
Yes, you can.
If you change your destination to a different geographical region that is deemed higher risk by our underwriters, there may be an additional fee for cover.
E.g. Your original holiday destination was covered by a European policy, but your new destination is listed as a Worldwide policy destination.
On My Staysure, you can update your address and contact details, including telephone number and email address. You can also amend any misspellings, and correct ages, for anyone named on the policy.
You cannot add new travellers to your policy.

There may be an additional fee to increase your level of cover, but there’s no admin fee to make these changes.
*Excess Waiver can only be added to your policy within the cooling-off period (within 14 days of taking your policy out).
