I had to make a claim for a cancelled holiday due to illness. (not a pre-existing one). It was quickly settled for the full amount payable under the policy

The woman who I spoke to over the phone…

The woman who I spoke to over the phone was very good at asking about different health issues and she did her job well. Being elderly I didn’t find that the website easy and there weren’t questions asking about the different conditions I have. I rang direct and she was able to include these.
